By booking tutoring services with [Your Name/Tutoring Business Name], you agree to the following terms:
📅 Session Scheduling
All sessions are 60 minutes and conducted in person at a previously agreed-upon location or online via Google Meet.
Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Time zone: All times are in Eastern Time Zone.
Family tutoring session must not exceed 6 family members. All family members must be 5 years of age or older. One adult guardian or parent must be present during tutoring for supervision.
🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.
No-shows (more than 15 minutes late without notice) will be treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.
💳 Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking. Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received.
Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
All prices are listed in USD and include any applicable fees.
🧾 Refund Policy
Refunds are not offered for completed sessions.
If a session is canceled according to the policy above, a full refund or reschedule may be offered at your request.
If a session is interrupted by technical issues beyond either party’s control, a partial refund or reschedule may be offered.
📚 Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to arrive prepared with relevant materials and assignments.
For minors, parental/guardian consent is required, and supervision may be requested during online sessions.
📲 Communication
Email or messaging support is available for quick questions between sessions, but extended support or assignment help outside of sessions may incur additional fees.
Messages will be responded to within 24 hours on business days.
🖥️ Technology Requirements
Students must have a reliable internet connection and access to Google Meet.
Please test your audio/video before the session begins.
🤝 Code of Conduct
Respectful, focused behavior is expected during all sessions.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the session without a refund.
🔒 Privacy & Confidentiality
Student information and session content will be kept confidential.
Sessions will not be recorded unless both parties consent in writing.
